3.1. SpellShifts does not guarantee the effectiveness of any spells cast through our platform. Spellcasting and any other metaphysical services are more of an art than a science by nature, so even the most skilled practitioners will never have a 100% success rate. Anyone who tells you otherwise is lying to you.
3.2. Like any spellcasting service, results may vary and are influenced by numerous factors beyond our control. You understand that the testimonials on this site are in the nature of “success stories” and make no guarantees or even imply that you will see similar outcomes, or any outcome at all.
3.3. We do not claim to cure medical conditions or replace professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Our services are not a substitute for professional advice in these areas.

You understand that you are paying for the materials used, the time and expertise of the practitioners, and any additional support provided as part of the service.
4.3 Fraudulent chargebacks based on false claims, such as asserting that the service was not provided or that unauthorized use of your account occurred, will be contested. We reserve the right to report such actions to the relevant financial institutions and to take necessary steps to protect our business, including publicly disclosing any fraudulent behavior.
4.4. If for some reason you are dissatisfied with your casting, we can recast your spell for free. We pour all our effort and energy into every casting and provide free recasting when necessary.
